Ronit Roy is one of the most popular and amazing actors of the Indian entertainment industry. The thespian has been on top of his game since the beginning of his career and be it TV shows, movies, or projects on OTT, he has impressed everyone with his versatility.
Apart from being a fantastic actor, he’s also quite vocal about every subject and that’s certainly one of the most attractive features about him. He’s currently gearing up for the release of his next project, ‘Candy’ on Voot Select and we are certainly super excited about it.
At present, the entertainment industry is finding it really hard to deal with Bigg Boss 13 winner, Sidharth Shukla’s unfortunate demise. A lot of people have expressed their grief at his untimely demise and what’s even sad is how issues related to the heart are affecting people who are relatively young and fit in general.
Ronit is someone who has always focussed on his fitness the right way and has always been an inspiration for the youth. During an exclusive conversation with IWMBuzz, when Ronit was asked to react on his death and what message he would like to pass to the youth, he was quoted as saying,
“Well, I am really heartbroken with Sidharth’s loss, he had a lovely career ahead of him. The kind of unconditional love, appreciation and fan following he received in the last few years was quite phenomenal and he certainly started peaking. He was in a fantastic position to build on from here onwards and it would have been so lovely to see him attain new heights and milestones in life. I didn’t know him well personally but despite that, it breaks my heart to see such a lovely, hard-working and talented soul going so soon. He had a really bright future. God bless his soul and may his family and loved ones get strength.”
Talking about giving a message to the youth to stay motivated, he added,
“I really hope that everyone focuses on growing and building the right way organically. There shouldn’t be any shortcuts applied. Drugs or any form of substance abuse is absolute no. I really hope and pray that people avoid these things and do everything organically. Eat good food, workout and stay healthy in the best natural way possible. You are your own competition. I personally used to be a habitual drinker in the past. Yes, today as well, I do like to occasionally enjoy a glass of wine. But what I have realized over time is that the fun and enjoyment I have without being intoxicated is a lot more compared to what I probably had in the past. My message would be to build on slowly and steadily and do everything organically. No good thing can be achieved overnight. We all have to work for it over time.”
