Young lad Krishna Kaul, who is currently enthralling audience as Ranbir in Zee TV’s Kumkum Bhagya, is down with dengue.
He has been keeping unwell for the last 10 days as he is detected with dengue. He has been hospitalized and is recovering from the disease.
The current track was to revolve around Ranbir and Prachi’s (Mugdha Chaphekar) love story. Owing to Krishna’s illness and unavailability, the love story has put on a halt.
