Mahesh Balraj, Shriswara and Deepal Doshi in Discovery JEET’s Swami Baba Ramdev: The Untold Story

Discovery Communications recently announced to roll out Discovery JEET, a new entertainment channel across India, starting in 2018.

The channel will launch a 65-episodes scripted biopic series on Baba Ramdev named Swami Baba Ramdev: The Untold Story produced by Ajay Devgn Productions and Watergate Productions.

We at IndianWikiMedia.com have already reported about actors Narendra Jha, Tej Sapru and child artist Naman Jain being part of the biopic.

Now we have news about movie actor Mahesh Balraj, best known for his works in Haider, PK and Bajrangi Bhaijaan, D-Day fame Shriswara and theatre artist Deepal Doshi being part of the series.

As per a reliable source, “Mahesh will be playing the role of Swami Ramdev’s father Ram Niwas Yadav. While Shriswara will enact the part of his mother Gulabo Devi. Deepal is roped in to portray Acharya Balkrishna.”

We tried reaching Mahesh, Shriswara and Deepal but they remained unavailable for a comment.

We buzzed the spokesperson from the production, but did not get any comment.
