Gul Khan’s 4 Lions Films in collaboration with Nilanjana Purkayasstha and Herumb Khot (Invictus T Mediaworks) are all set to roll out their new show on Star Plus tentatively titled ‘Kulfi Kumar Baajewala’. The story, as reported by us, is based on a life of a girl who would have an innate singing talent. The show is said to be a re-take on popular Star Jhalsha show Potol Kumar Gaanwala.
Some actors of the show include Mohit Malik, Shruti Sharma, Romanch Mehta and Pallavi Rao.
Now, we hear that veteran actress Manisha Kanojia have also been signed for the project. She will play an important role and hail from the male lead’s family.
We texted Manisha to seek a confirmation but she remained unavailable.
Manisha in the past has featured in iconic show like Kkusum and Meri Aashiqui Tum Se Hi.
Furthermore, we have been told that actors Rudra Kaushik and Ishrat Jahan will be seen as Mohit’s bhai bhabhi.
