The stage is set for a new beginning in Rajan Shahi’s Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai the popular and long-running show on Star Plus. The show has seen two-generation leaps already and this will be the third one to happen.
Harshad Chopda, Pranali Rathod and Karishma Sawant will play the lead roles in the show.

Now, to complete the younger generation cast, we have news of actor Mayank Arora being roped in to play the role of Kairav in the show.
Mayank who debuted with the Zee TV show Buddha, has been part of shows Tu Sooraj Main Saanjh Piyaji, Krishna Chali London.
Mayank is presently in Udaipur, shooting with Pranali and Karishma. It will be interesting to see this sibling chemistry come to life in Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai.
Earlier, there were reports of Namik Paul being considered for the role of Kairav.
