Popular actor Mohit Malik who has been winning hearts as the singing sensation on TV, Sikander Singh Gill in Star Plus’ musical drama, Kullfi Kumarr Bajewala has been under the weather for few days now!!
We hear that Mohit is down with an intestinal infection.
A source from the set tells us, “Mohit was shooting this Tuesday (26 June) when he all of a sudden developed pain in his abdomen. He was so low in health that he had to discontinue shoot and see the doctor. After being diagnosed with a stomach infection, Mohit took an off yesterday in order to take rest.”
When contacted, Mohit told us, “Yes, I am down in health. I am recovering; I am heading for shoot today. I am upbeat about the ratings that has come up today. Gearing up for bigger things as Sikander.”
Kullfi Kumarr Bajewala produced by Gul Khan and Nilanjana Purkayasstha shows the emotional tale of a singer-father and his little daughter. The show is being loved by one and all, and has been climbing the ratings chart with every passing week. The show has registered a TVR of 2.4 (as per today’s ratings).
