We now have information about Nivedita getting finalized to play the role of Ruqaiya Begum, another wife of Akbar. She was last seen in the TV show, Koi Laut Ke Aaya Hai.
As per reports in media, popular actress Gudeep Kohli has been roped in for the role of Jodha.
So it will be the three talented actresses, Gurdeep, Nivedita and Parvati playing the wives of Akbar. As we reported, Shahbaz Khan will play the role of Akbar in the series.
We reached out to Nivedita who said, “I cannot talk about anything right now.”
We touched base with the spokesperson at Colors, but did not get revert before we filed our story.
For the uninitiated, Shaheer Sheikh will be back on screen with this show, and will be seen in the role of Salim.
