Sasural Simar Ka the upcoming show on Colors will bring back the glory of the yesteryear show which depicted the tale of two sisters. This time around, Sasural Simar Ka will be a daily one-hour format show. Dipika Kakar will be seen mostly as the sutradhaar in the new season.
We at IWMBuzz.com have been at the forefront, reporting about the cast onboard the new show. We have written about Karan Sharma playing one of the male leads. We also wrote about Tanya Sharma playing the second lead girl.
In the other cast, we have written about Shital Thakkar, Arav Chowdhury, Waseem Mushtaq, Leena Prabhu, Maera Mishra, Rakshit Wahi, Avinash Sahijwani. As per reports, Avinash Mukherjee will play the male lead.
News coming to us is that talented youngster Radhika Muthukumar who was seen as the lead in Kya Haal Mr Panchaal, is most likely to bag the role of the female lead on the show. There was also a new face shortlisted to play the central role of Simar. However, it now looks like Radhika is gaining the prized role.
As per a reliable source, “Though a final decision is yet to be taken, it is mostly Radhika playing the lead.”
We buzzed Radhika but did not get through to her.
