Manmohini the Zee TV show produced by Prateek Sharma’s LSD Films will see quite a lot of changes in its cast.
The show will take a generation leap and the story will focus on the new lead, Mann who will be Ram and Siya’s son.
We at IWMBuzz.com have reported about actors Vaishali Takkar and Vindhya Tiwari playing the lead roles in the show.
We now hear of seasoned actor Rakesh Paul making a comeback to TV with Manmohini. Rakesh who has featured in shows Jhilmil Sitaaron Ka Aangan Hoga, Jo Biwi Se Kare Pyaar etc will be playing an important role in the show.
Joining him will be actress Lata Shukla. She was last seen in Karn Sangini on Star Plus.
As per a reliable source, “Rakesh will play the father of Shakti, the new female lead while Lata will play Mansi’s grand mother.”
We buzzed Lata and she confirmed the news to us.
Rakesh Paul said, “Nothing is final at the moment.”
We reached out to the channel spokesperson but did not get revert.
Manmohini as reported by us, will shift to the slot of 10.30 PM from 5 November taking the place of Hamari Bahu Silk.
