Repeat Mode: When Indian TV actresses were spotted wearing similar outfits

When bahus and betis of TV shows were seen wearing similar outfits.

Indian television shows have been inspirations to many. They are not just about the “Saas-Bahu” drama but also about the clothes that the actors and actresses wear. Especially, television bahus and betis who never fail to impress us with their sarees, gowns, and stylish blouses.

Be it Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai’s Naira or Naagin’s Bani, they are fashion icons. Gone are days when you saw Hindi entertainment television’s female protagonists were seen wearing blingy embroidered sarees, paste jewellery, layers of makeup, heavy mangalsutra and sindoor. Primetime TV’s female leads now tend to drape clothes typical of the girl next door, bringing in their own distinct style to their outfits, hairstyle, jewellery and makeup.

However, while they opt for the best look for their TV appearance, they sometimes tend to copy the other leading lady of another TV show. Well, today, we will reveal such instances when TV bahus were seen wearing similar outfits.

Recently, Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai’s Sirat, Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin’s Sai, and Sasural Simar Ka 2’s Reema were seen wearing a similar white salwar suit which has embroidery in it. However, they styled it differently and looked gorgeous.

Similarly, Choti Sarrdaarni’s Seher was seen wearing the same wedding outfit which was worn by Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai’s Sirat when she was about to get married to Ranveer. Both the beauties looked ravishing in the red lehenga.

Actresses who are working with a similar production house are seen in a repeated outfit. For example, Balaji Telefilms’ leading ladies, Shraddha Arya aka Preeta of Kundali Bhagya, and Priyal Mahajan aka Purvi of Molkki were spotted wearing a similar blue lehenga. On the other hand, Pooja Banerjee aka Rhea of Kumkum Bhagya, Priyal Mahajan aka Purvi of Molkki, and Chhavi Pandey aka Janaki of Prem Bandhan were seen in a royal pink lehenga.

Apart from Balaji Telefilm, actresses of Director’s Kut shows, Madalsa Sharma aka Kavya of Anupamaa and Lata Sabharwal aka Rajshree of Yeh Rishtey Hain Pyaar Ke were also spotted wearing a similar shimmery green saree.

Along with these, there have been many instances when the leading TV beauties opted for a similar outfit. However, they all gave us major fashion goals by styling them differently and making a style statement. Check more such photos!
