Karan Tacker’s meal plan is easy and clean as he loves to eat healthily and keeps on having something at regular intervals. He believes that eating smaller meals makes him hungry at regular intervals and thus, his diet is perfectly balanced. He also focuses more on being mentally healthy and also said that the concept of staying fit is not only when you hit the gym five times a week!

Mr. Biceps loves to have the parathas every day as being a Punjabi and having a lovely chef as his mother, he loves to eat varieties from her.
