Actor Sachin Parikh who was recently seen in Ek Deewaana Tha has bagged his first mythological role of his career!!
He will play a crucial role in Colors’ new offering Shrimad Bhagwat which is being produced by Nikhil Dwivedi.
As we know, actors Ishita Ganguly, Indraneil Sengupta, Rajneesh Duggal, Suchit Vikram Singh, Ayaz Khan, Chandan Anand, Vijay Badani, Yogesh Mahajan, Nakul Ghaneka and Anshul Bammi will be part of the cast.
We now hear of Sachin Parikh playing the role of Maharishi Richik in the series.
For Sachin, this role will be special as it will be his first in the genre. He has been known for his performances in TV shows Iss Pyaar Ko Kya Naam Doon – Ek Baar Phir? , Jahan Pe Basera Ho, Na Bole Tum Na Maine Kuch Kaha etc.
When contacted, Sachin remained unavailable for comment.
