Anupamaa, the Star Plus television show produced by Rajan Shahi’s Director’s Kut saw over the last week, a major drama with Anuj not succeeding in getting a job owing to his earlier health issues. The Shah family faced a shocking development when the owner of their house asked them to vacate the house by the same evening. Anupamaa could not help the Shahs from their financial problem. But she insisted that they stay in Aasha Bhavan till the time their problems were resolved. Paritosh and Pakhi’s unruly behaviour prompted Anupama to throw them out of Aasha Bhavan. They went to a hotel and checked in there. However, when they were unable to pay the bill, they tried to sneak out of the hotel without paying. But Anupamaa got them caught. Dimple’s unruly behaviour towards Nandita was appalling. Sagar and Meenakshi planned to reveal about them being in love with Anupamaa. But Anuj saw their closeness and asked them about it. Paritosh and Pakhi decided to get back to Aasha Bhavan.
Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai, the Star Plus television show produced by Rajan Shahi’s Director’s Kut saw over the last week, a major drama with Ruhi showing Armaan the medical reports of Abhira which clearly stated that she could not become a mother. Armaan tried hiding the fact from Abhira, but she got curious. Vidya saw the report and was shocked. She did not want her son to sacrifice his fatherly love for Abhira. The entire family got to know about Abhira’s inability. They urged Armaan to think about his decision and refuse to marry Abhira. Armaan was torn between his love and love for kids. Abhira got to know about the truth and decided not to marry Armaan. After much deliberation and agonizing moments, Armaan decided to go ahead with his wedding. He went to Abhira and performed the Haldi by applying Haldi on her. Armaan told his family that he would marry Abhira the next day. Manish advised Abhira to not leave Armaan to suffer. Both Armaan and Abhira made up and agreed to marry each other. On the wedding day, Ruhi called Armaan and threatened him to leave the wedding premises. While Abhira was ready for the saath phere, Armaan went missing. Ruhi proclaimed her love before Armaan. Armaan refused to accept her as he wanted to marry Abhira. The Poddar family told Abhira that Armaan ran away from the wedding.
Kundali Bhagya, the Zee TV television show produced by Balaji Telefilms saw over the last week, a major drama with Nidhi joining hands with Kareena in separating Karan and Preeta. Shanaya was doubtful about Shaurya’s motive, but Nidhi tried to mislead her. Shaurya understood that he had to keep Shanaya contended. At the engagement party, Shaurya spoke about Shanaya and this covered up for all doubts. Nidhi later planned to win the heart of Karan. Rajveer and Shaurya’s engagement happened. They exchanged rings with Palki and Shanaya respectively. Preeta noticed something fishy being planned in the room by Rahul. Nidhi wanted to execute her plan of sending Rajveer and Shanaya to the room. They consumed the spiked drink and reached the room in their semi-conscious state. Nidhi advised Rahul and Shaurya to work on their next plan. Preeta fainted which was a cause of worry for Karan. Palki spotted Rahul trying to shoot the video of Rajveer and Shanaya.
Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah, the Sony SAB television show produced by Neela Telefilms saw over the last week, a major drama with the Gokuldham Society all engrossed in the festive fervour of Ganesh Chaturthi. Aman Sehrawat the Olympics Award winner, and the actors from Kahan Shuru Kahan Khatam came to the society to celebrate Ganesh Chaturthi with the residents. The Daan Peti was opened, which resulted in everyone being engulfed by a shock wave. There was a donation cheque placed in the peti that shocked one and all. They wondered whether the cheque was a real one, and also talked about the person donating it, and the further investigation on the matter. They decided to go and meet the bank manager and discuss about the cheque with him. The 21 lakh cheque created shockwaves in the residents’ minds and they wanted to find a solution to it.
Mangal Lakshmi, the Colors television show produced by Panorama Entertainment saw over the last week, a major drama with Adit accompanying the family to the saree shopping for their wedding. Mangal was changing in the trial room when there was a fire breakout. Kusum urged Adit to save Mangal. Mangal who was caught in the trial room was about to pass out. Adit and Lakshmi rushed to the premises to save Mangal. Adit spotted an unconscious Mangal, lifted her in his arms and came out. He was praised for his valiant effort to save his wife. At home, Adit took care of an injured Mangal and this pleased Kusum. Adit wanted to meet Saumya to talk to her about his marriage with Mangal. He discretely went out of the house. Lakshmi was doubtful of Adit’s moves. However, Adit came back and justified that he wanted to get a gift for Mangal. At the Sangeet ceremony, Adit danced with Mangal and showed his romantic side to please his mother Kusum. Saumya entered the premises and hid herself in a flower basket. Saumya dreamt of being caught in the house, in which Adit denied having any relationship with her and throwing her out of the house. Kusum spotted Saumya and invited her to be a part of the wedding. She intended to always eye on Saumya’s moves by keeping her in front of her eyes. Mangal was worried about Kusum’s decision to have Saumya at the wedding. However, Kusum assured her that nothing unforeseen would happen.
Jhanak, the Star Plus television show produced by Rajan Shahi’s Director’s Kut saw over the last week, a major drama with Jhanak complaining of abdominal pain and Aditya rushing her to the hospital. The doctor had a strong doubt about Jhanak’s pregnancy and hinted to them that she believed that Jhanak was not pregnant but had a different issue. She ordered some tests to be done, throughout which Jhanak struggled with pain. Aditya was concerned for her and even expressed his love for her. However, Jhanak told him that she had only loved Aniruddh. The doctor finally confirmed that Jhanak was not pregnant and had pregnancy-like symptoms owing to tumour growth. She needed immediate surgery and was asked to give consent. Jhanak requested Aditya to inform Aniruddh about it. Aniruddh grew concerned for Jhanak on hearing about Jhanak’s health issues. He decided to go to Mumbai and be with Jhanak, even while Arshi protested. Aniruddh’s family tried stopping him, but Aniruddh’s rude behaviour stunned them. Aniruddh was on his way to Mumbai when Jhanak was readying herself for the surgery. Aniruddh reached the hospital and wanted to see Jhanak. He met her and apologized to her for his past mistakes. Aniruddh prayed at the temple while Jhanak’s surgery was going on.
