Vaani Sharma, who entertained audiences with her acting chops in TV shows Shakti Astitva Ke Ehsaas Ki, Main Maayke Chali Jaungi Tum Dekhte Rahiyo and Swaragini, is all set to tie the knot.
The actress is getting hitched on 27 June with her best friend Raunak Tongia, an engineer.
When contacted Vaani, she confirmed the news and said, “I am getting married on the 27 June. The marriage will take place in Ujjain. He is from Indore and I am from Delhi but we are having a destination wedding in Ujjain by following all the guidelines given by the government.”
Vaani, who currently plays the role of Sindhu in Shakti Astitva Ke Ehsaas Ki, adds, “We met through my best friend and hit off instantly. It was love at first sight for him. It has been a few months that we are with each other and now we decided to take the relationship a step ahead. I never wanted to marry someone from the entertainment industry. I am looking forward to my D-Day.”
