Popular actor Shehzada Dhami who played the lead in Star Plus and Rajan Shahi’s Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai, was eager to set his image straight after being ousted in the most uncandid way from the long-running show. His participation in the Colors reality show Bigg Boss 18, did give feelers of him having a great journey, thus showcasing his true potential personality-wise through the show. However, his journey inside the Bigg Boss house has been cut short. Shehzada Dhami was evicted from the house last weekend, owing to bagging the least number of votes. In an exclusive talk with IWMBuzz.com after his eviction from the house, Shehzada talked about him playing to the best of his potential, about his co-contestants, and addressing the various clashes that he had with them in the house.

Shehzada said about his early eviction, “It is unexpected that I got out early. Having said this, I am an actor, and being part of a reality show is a different ball game altogether. But I am happy with my journey. Though I wanted to have a longer run in the house and play my game with all power, I took this in my stride. Unfortunately, I got evicted. I believe that I am strong. I was telling people in the house, that if I get saved from eviction this week, they will find it hard to get me out of the show. I believe that audiences missed an opportunity to see me tackling all the contestants in the house.”

Talking about his cute bond with Nyrraa M Banerji till it lasted, Shehzada averred, “Yes, if Nyrraa and I remained in the house, we would have played the game wel enough.”

On the flip-flop bond with Rajat Dahiya, Shehzada stated, “Rajat was my favourite contestant in the house when the show started. I told him this up front. I liked his unfiltered nature. However, he talked behind everyone’s back and I felt he was so different from what I had thought him to be. I had even told him that he had changed. However, we did sit and chat about the mistakes we made. Rajat accepted it and I appreciate him for that. But for the sake of the game, he does flip now and then.”

Talking about Vivian Dsena and his clash, Shehzada stated, “I gave Vivian the due respect. But he disrespected me. I had to give him a reality check.” As for Avinash Mishra, he said, “Avinash is happy for being tagged the villain of the house. But you know very well, that villains never win. He will in due course of time understand what is happening inside the house.”

On Chahat Pandey, Shehzada had this to say, “Chahat’s weird temperament surprised me. She will at a moment fight with someone, and in the next moment, be seen chatting normally with the same person, as though nothing happened. By nature, she is like that.”

Lastly, Shehzada revealed that he was clueless about what the audience wanted to see in him. “I did not get enough screen time. My fights and POVs were not shown often. This is not in my hands. As for me, I was my real self inside the house. I played the game well. The show had just started, and I was out of the house. As for my fans who have been with me, thank you and continue to do so.”
