Colors’ upcoming drama Shrimad Bhagavat produced by Nikhil Dwivedi, will depict the post Mahabharata story.
The 52 episode series has a stellar cast which includes Ishita Ganguly, Indraneil Sengupta, Rajneesh Duggal, Suchit Vikram Singh, Ayaz Khan, Chandan Anand, Vijay Badlani, Yogesh Mahajan, Nakul Ghaneka and Anshul Bammi.
Now, IWMBuzz.com has exclusively learnt that actresses Sonu Chandrapal and Garima Jain have joined the ensemble cast.
“Suhani Si Ek Ladki fame Sonu will play the role of Goddess Saraswati. Meanwhile, Garima, who was last seen in Internet Wala Love, will enact the character of Goddess Indrani, wife of Lord Indra.”
We contacted both the actresses, but they remained unavailable for comment.
We buzzed the channel spokesperson but did not get revert till we filed the story.
