The BARC (Broadcast Audience Research Council) reports are currently flooding down the news, and it seems Star Plus had a ‘name personified’ starry week this time, with almost all its shows nurturing on the top 5 in the list. The channel with its high-end dramatic shows, Anupamaa and FALTU led at the top of the TRP charts.
With 2.8 ratings, Star Plus’ ‘Anupamaa’ remains at the top of the charts. The show stars Rupali Ganguly, and the storyline revolves around Rupali aka Anupama’s life, her struggles and her family. As of now, the track spins around Pakhi, Anupama’s daughter who is insisting to have a lavish wedding with Adhik, but Anupama wants it to be otherwise.
But what still remains on the catch is Star’s newly launched show FALTU which surprisingly outshined as third in the list with 2.3 ratings. As of now, the plot showcases Faltu, the lead girl who wants to be an established cricketer in life disguising herself as a boy to play the sport.
The list was followed by Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai with 2.2 ratings earning the fourth spot in the chart, and Imlie rolling up to the 5th place with 2.1 ratings. However, Ghum Hain Kisikey Pyar Main remained in the top 2, with a whopping 2.7 rating. (source: media reports)w
