Surbhi Chandna the talented actress who is known for her acting credentials in Ishqbaaaz, the popular show on Star Plus produced by Gul Khan is presently happy and in a joyous phase of her life after marriage to Karan Sharma. We have not seen her in any project for a while now. However, Surbhi announced on social media of playing a significant role in the upcoming Colors show Apollena – Sapno Ki Unchi Udann’ starring Aditi Sharma as Apollena and Sandeep Baswana as her father Girdhar.
Surbhi is excited as she associates yet again with the team that made her popular show Ishqbaaaz. Surbhi will play a key role in the show which will be a tale of a girl who aspires to become an astronaut and thus be the saviour for her family, thus safeguarding her family’s image.
Surbhi put the news out on social media about playing a part in this new Colors show Apollena. She called the story to be an inspiring tale of a talented girl.

The upcoming show orbits around Apollena, who wants to become India’s first female astronaut and restore her father’s honour. But the path to the stars is paved with meteoric challenges as her father is branded a ‘gaddaar’ (traitor), and Apollena bears the crushing weight of being known as ‘gaddaar ki beti’ (daughter of a traitor).
