Varun Toorkey’s short and sweet stint in Star Plus’ popular show Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai will end soon!!
For the uninitiated, Varun had entered the show recently in the role of Rishabh, the childhood friend of Naira (Shivangi Joshi) from Cape Town. He was brought in by Naksh (Shehzad Shaikh) to help out Naira who dealt with the memory loss problem.
Rishabh who also got attracted towards Naira was shown getting into arguments with Kartik (Mohsin Khan).
Now we hear that Varun’s stint will end soon. Though we do not know how Rishabh’s character will move out, it is evident with the presently running promo that Naira gets her memory back and will ultimately get back to Kartik.
We at IWMBuzz.com talked to Varun who confirmed the news saying, “My track was always supposed to be a one month cameo. The whole reason for me of doing this was to be part of the popular show, and also because it was not a recurrent thing and it will only be a finite commitment.”
As him on how Rishabh’s track will end and he states, “I still have few days of shoot left. So I have no idea on how it will end. All I can say is that it is moving towards the end of my track.”
Varun will take a small break of three weeks, post which he will look for new work.
