As we know, Kartik (Mohsin Khan) and Naira (Shivangi Joshi) will start life afresh with their kids in Mumbai.
News coming to us is that actress Vrushika Mehta has been cast to enter Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai. The buzz making rounds is that the new character coming in will be a psychiatrist by profession.
As per a reliable source, “Vrushika Mehta has been in talks and will play the role. This will bring in a new growth in Kartik and Naira’s love story. This track will be the next way to show the continued bonding of Kaira. In simple words, Vrushika’s entry will take Kartik and Naira’s bond to a new level. Vrushika will come in when the Mumbai track will start.”
We buzzed Vrushika but did not get revert.
We wonder how the angle of a psychiatrist will be played upon in Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai. This certainly adds to the intrigue and curiosity value.
Producer Rajan Shahi confirmed the news saying, “Yes, Vrushika Mehta will enter the show. As I have always said, Kartik and Naira is the the Best Jodi across all shows. We always look at the next way in which we can show their connect together. Mumbai works as a very good platform to tell the story ahead of Kaira. Vrushika will bring in a new element in the track. The kind of reactions we have got for the Mumbai track is really overwhelming. We look forward to this new track.”
