Renowned production house DJ’s A Creative Unit, helmed by Deeya Singh and Tony Singh, is best known for making blockbuster TV shows like Choti Bahu, Banegi Apni Baat, Just Mohabbat and Jassi Jaissi Koi Nahin.
Now, IndianWikiMedia has exclusively learnt that the company is gearing up for a new show on Star Plus.
The project will be about two girls and journey of living their dreams. It is tentatively titled as Dilwali Dulha Le Jaayegi. The team has already shot for the pilot but the show will take time to go on floor.
We hear that Vrushika Mehta, who is known for acting talent in Dil Dostii Dance, Ishqbaaaz and Sana Sayyad (Splitsvilla 8 fame) have been signed to play the lead roles in the show.
As per a reliable source, “Sana and Vrushika will play best friends in the series. Sana’s mom’s character will be played with Shivani Sopori (Kumkum Bhagya) and bua will be enacted by Charu Rohatgi (Iss Pyaar Ko Kya Naam Doon 3).”
The male lead is being portrayed by a newbie having experience in the field of modeling background.
We connected with the actors to solicit a comment but they did not revert.
