Balaji Telefilms will soon come up with a spin-off of its popular Zee TV show, Kumkum Bhagya very soon!!
The makers will soon occupy the time slot from 9 – 10 PM with Kumkum Bhagya, followed by its spin-off titled ‘Kundali Bhagya’.
However, news coming in is that Kundali Bhagya will not be ready for launch in the first week of July, at the time when Ek Tha Raja Ek Thi Rani will go off air.
In order to occupy the slot of 9.30 PM till the time its new show would get ready, the makers will come up with one hour episodes of Kumkum Bhagya.
As per our sources, “The hunt to find the faces for Kundali Bhagya is on. The makers have approached the popular names in the industry. This will only mean that Kumkum Bhagya team will have to work round the clock to churn in one hour episodes daily, till the time the spin-off is ready for launch. This development will come to effect from the time Ek Tha Raja will go off air (which is 4 July).
We buzzed Producer Ekta Kapoor and the channel spokesperson for a comment, but did not get through to them.
