Producer Prateek Sharma is all set to beam his first episode for &TV’s Laal Ishq. The story will be set in the 1930s amidst a Maharashtrian background.
Sana Amin Shaikh and Ankit Siwach will play a Maharashtrian couple totally dressed in Maharashtrian attire.
Prateek under his banner LSD Films gets back after his highly-appreciated romantic thriller, Ek Deewaana Tha. He yet again gets to dabble with supernatural and horror genre with Laal Ishq.
Says Producer Prateek, “After doing a full-fledged series, it is exciting to do episodics for Laal Ishq. This is the first time I am dabbling in it in my 8-year long career. It is challenging to do these episodes because each one deals with a different culture and time period. We really hope the audience enjoy the content we are dishing out.”
Talking about the different feel given to the story, Prateek states, “Since the story dates back to the 1930’s, we thought of giving it a different styling. The look and feel of the show will also be unique in its own way.”
The episode will air on 21 July on &TV.
