I am honoured to be a part of Piyaa Albela: Sheen Dass

Sheen Dass talks about her dream role.

Enchanting beauty Sheen Dass, who is currently leaving audience spellbound with her acting talent in Zee TV’s Piyaa Albela (Rajshri Productions), believes patience is a key to success. Her calm nature got her the current role and a golden opportunity to work with a big banner production house.

“I am glad to work with such a renowned and a great production house. The show is really different so its like a cherry on the cake.  I have always heard about this production house from my colleagues and friends. I am honoured to be a part of it. This experience is truly amazing,” said the pretty actress.

She continued, “When I went for the auditions there was a long queue because Rajshri had kept and open audition and there were countless people. I registered my number and went to Siddhivinayak temple. Later, when I returned there was still a long queue so I waited outside. And then kept on giving auditions for it and finally got selected. Patience was the key for this show. My hard work is paid off.”

When we asked the actress how does it feels when the producer appreciates your acting talent, she averred, “I feel out of the world. If a legend like Sooraj Barjatya is fond of the things I am doing and even if he likes what I am doing and feels I did justice to it I will be the happiest person in the world. I am blessed that Sooraj sir has given me this golden chance.”

Tell us something about your bond with your co-star, “Akshay Mhatre is very nice person, very warm and humble. I didn’t take much time to gel up with him.”

Talking about her dream role, she averred, “I have achieved what I wanted to. Off course there are a lot of roles which I want to do in future but this is one of those roles which I have always looked forward too.”

Finally, the actress mentioned about the current content on Indian television, “TV content is actually changing these days and it is getting more contemporary.  Although the show is taking reference from the olden tales like Menka and Vishvamitra, it is still contemporary. People will relate to this drama. It has a tinge of spirituality which none of the shows which are contemporary has it,” ended the actress.

We wish you good luck, Sheen!
