What is the idea behind bringing Nazar as a movie with Ankahee Dastaan?
Nazar is a great successful show. It has managed to garner good ratings and has created a space for itself in the hearts of fans. It has full potential to be explored into something big and that is what we tried doing in Star Plus’ Ankahee Dastaan.
4 Lions Films has had many successes with respect to TV shows. Why and how did you zero in on Nazar for the film content? Why not other shows?
I think its too early to say, why not wait and watch 😛
Can Kulfi Kumar Bajewala be brought into the list? Is Iss Pyaar Ko Kya Naam Doon being added into the list?
I would love to bring each of them but for now, lets wait and watch.
How different will be the film with respect to what we have seen of Nazar on TV?
There is a different twist which we have given to this movie which you would not have seen on TV. There are a lot of areas we have explored with respect to this movie and trust me when I say this that you will also be surprised to see who is the Dayaan
As Producer how will you weigh this idea of churning a TV show concept into a movie?
If you know a financer, let me know, I would love to make a full fledged feature film of Nazar.
