Dill Mill Gayye was one of the most popular dramas that appeared on StarOne in 2007 and a unique medical romantic show that caught viewers’ attention quite rapidly.
Actor Karan Singh Grover got rave reviews for how he had played his character of Dr Armaan Malik and for all his chemistry with the character of Dr. Riddhima Gupta. The series might have seen multiple actors play the role of Riddhima, but Jennifer Winget managed to step up as the third replacement and she worked her magic on her character, rendering it with the required charm and innocence.
