Gill appeared on the show in an obese avatar, but the world quickly watched how she lost all the weight in just six months. During the lockdown, she astonished her followers by shedding a remarkable 12 kilograms. She claimed in an interview that she did not engage in strenuous exercise but instead focused on eating a balanced diet.

She revealed that modifying the manner in which she ate her meals had a positive impact on her health. She also recently shared how she maintains her weight in an Instagram live discussion with her followers. She talked about her next projects and shared her nutrition plan with her admirers throughout the live conversation. She told one of her followers that she lost weight to fit into the entertainment industry’s norms, which favor slender girls.

Following the weight-loss questions, Gill stated that it is critical to eat mindfully in order to reduce weight. She said on Live that giving up salt and sugar is “all bakwas” throughout the show. She keeps track of the amount of food she consumes each day in order to maintain her weight. “You quickly get into the habit of eating less,” Shehnaaz says, “and that’s the key to losing the additional weight.”
