The TV serial, Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai, is one of our nation’s most watched serials. Apparently, this show has also gifted us with one of our favourite television couples, Naira and Kartik. They seem to have set a whole different standard for couple goals. They have a whole different fan base who love then and root for them.
The show’s majority of viewers and fans seem to be married women as they find the serial very relatable to their daily lives and hence love it. The role of the couple in the show adds a whole new meaning to romance, moreover, romance after marriage. The show has smartly depicted the relationship of a simple married couple, the problems and challenges faced by almost every Indian woman when she moves into her husband’s house which is also where the in-laws are, the lifestyle of the husband and wife and their bond. Seeing all of this happen in a daily soap is almost too relatable to all of its audience as they can’t seem to get enough of it and hence continue to watch this show, adding to more of the success of this show.
