The actress recently recounted how she was defrauded throughout her early career. The actress has spoken out about the heinous crime, describing what happened. Rubina Dilaik told about how her money was waiting for months in 2011 when she was just starting out in the profession. The actress stated that she was only able to contact the producer after nine months to find out what was going on.
The producers then informed her that the production firm had cited a record of delayed shootings as the cause for her not being paid. Rubina Dilaik was supposed to be paid 16 lakhs when the records were provided to her. “My uplinks were worth 16 lakhs in 2011,” she stated when asked about the situation. And, to be honest, none of the incidents occurred. She remarked, “There were nine such occurrences that were written.” The actress also spoke of a terrifying episode on Madh Island, in which she was bitten by a bug and developed a fever that lasted for 2-3 hours. “That occurrence was documented in the ledger, and the money that was removed for that two-hour delay of the shoot was about 1.45 lakhs,” the actress explained. “So I’ve paid for everything out of my own cash.”
“I was heartbroken,” Rubina continued. “My house needed to be sold. In the city of dreams, I have my own mansion. At the time, I owned two residences, which I had to sell since I was late on my payments. I had a lot of EMIs to catch up on. My vehicle was sold. It was then that I made the decision that no Mercedes or BMWs were required. I don’t want to be surrounded by fear, insecurity, and worry.”
