he premiere of COLORS’ ‘Khatron Ke Khiladi 13′ lived up to its hype, leaving viewers amazed with an exciting lineup of never-before-seen stunts. The show began with renowned host and action expert Rohit Shetty making a grand entrance, setting the stage for a power-packed and adrenaline-fueled battle of fears. This season’s contestants were diverse and included seasoned actor Rohit Bose Roy, Bollywood star Daisy Shah, and popular television personalities like Shiv Thakare, Archana Gautam, Anjali Anand, Nyrraa M Banerji, Anjum Fakih, Ruhi Chaturvedi, Aishwarya Sharma, Arjit Taneja, and Sheezan M. Khan. Rapper Dino James, singer and songwriter Rashmeet Kaur, and Moroccan model Soundous Moufakir also brought their unique talents to the competition. Despite each participant giving their all, Ruhi Chaturvedi faced an early exit as the first contestant to be eliminated from the thrilling adventure of ‘Khatron Ke Khiladi 13.’
Ruhi’s experience on the show began with an exciting stunt involving a helicopter. Host Rohit Shetty made his entrance as contestants clung to a cargo bag attached to the chopper by a rope. Unfortunately, Ruhi lost her grip and fell into the water below. Her skills were put to the test in another challenge where she and Anjum Fakih had to balance on a two-story glass tunnel while passing flags to each other. They had to crawl across the slippery surface to avoid falling into a large body of water. The highlight for Ruhi was fulfilling her dream of performing a car stunt by having her vehicle topple over a trolley. In the final stunt, Ruhi faced her fear of reptiles and snakes as she had to unlock herself from a coffin using keys hidden in boxes filled with creatures that induced phobias.
Bidding farewell to the show ‘Khatron Ke Khiladi 13’, Ruhi Chaturvedi said, “Even If my Khatron Ke Khiladi 13 journey was short and sweet, it was worth it. I learnt a lot about myself and how to train my mind in the face of fears. I’m going to treasure these lessons for life. It was a pleasure to have spent time with some of the kindest and nicest people in Cape Town. Some of the contestants on the show are now my friends. Everyone was competitive and they handled their fears in a commendable way. I’m grateful for the viewers and contestants who’ve rooted for me. A huge shout-out to Rohit sir for encouraging us all to fulfill our potential.”
