Adnan Khan’s secret fitness mantra revealed– Mixed Martial Arts!

It’s easy to look at our favourite actors and assume that they look so fit because they must be working out all the time. Certainly, looking glam is sort of, their jobs but it can be tough to find time to work out between so many work commitments, shoots, travel and much more. One can easily feel there aren’t enough hours in the day to get all this done. But there are actors like Adnan Khan (Kabeer Ahmed) from Zee TV’s Ishq Subhan Allah, who find some way or another to balance everything out perfectly! We hear that the actor recently has taken a liking for popular combat sport, Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) and has been working very hard to stay healthy and fit.

Says Adnan Khan, “I start my day at 6 AM with my mixed martial arts class which pumps me up with a rush of energy. I have been learning various striking and grappling techniques, adding to my overall strength training. Moreover, MMA is a major stress-buster for me and all my tensions and tiredness are taken care of when I am practicing it. It is my new-found love and I am looking forward to acing the form and enhancing my physique.”

Kudos to Adnan for his commitment and dedication towards his fitness goals! Well, we are sure that many of his fans will be motivated to find their own fitness mantra and pursue it with such dedication!
