Ashish Kaul who has earlier played fatherly roles on TV has turned the perfect father on the sets of Roop – Mard Ka Naya Swaroop on Colors (Rashmi Sharma Productions).
He plays the father of Palak, which is essayed by the 10 years old girl Pakhi Mendola.
Says Ashish, “For me the role is perfect as my reel character is very true to my real life. I visualize my daughter Anika when I see Pakhi who plays Palak in the show. As a father and daughter off and on the screen, we are more or less the same. My character of Jatin is a doting husband and father, who every family household will love to have. I am very thankful to Rashmiji for having given me such a character.”
Ashish who was last seen in Kaal Bhairav – Rahasya, Ishq Mein Marjawan and Rishta Likhenge Hum Naya feels that, “TV is coming up with some realistic concepts and I am happy to be in this phase as an actor.”
Ashish was also seen recently in the much-accepted web-series of ALTBalaji, Kehne Ko Humsafar Hai.
