Actors Ashish Kaul and Ekta Sharma play the colorful Jodi of Devraj and Aditi Malhotra, parents to the dashing young man Raghbir Malhotra (Pearl V Puri) in Colors’ recently launched show Bepanah Pyaarr.
Ashish and Ekta share a great off-screen camaraderie and get together after years, post their work in the show Kkusum.
Says Ekta, “We are working together for Balaji Telefilms after a time span of 11 years. It is a pleasure to work with Ashish.”
For Ashish, Ekta is his food bank. “It makes things so easy for me, as Ekta brings me home-made tiffin daily. It is so much easier to work with an old co-star. We share a great camaraderie together, which makes our on-screen chemistry stronger.”
Since the show Bepanah Pyaarr has all the intrigue and suspense element, the Malhotra family is given a lighter and happy-go-lucky track as of now.
While Devraj is the spunkiest dads seen on Indian GEC, Aditi is a caring mother who is besotted by riches.
And Ashish and Ekta’s great comic timing is being loved by viewers.
