Cold Lassi Aur Chicken Masala is an ALT Balaji web series, produced by Linga Bhairavi. The series promised Indian fans that there is still romance and masala in the creative team who gave us the amazing series. The series starred none other than our TV queen Divyanka Tripathi, and the handsome Rajeev Khandelwal. It is the story of two individuals Vikram, aka Rajeev, and Nitya, aka Divyanka, who recollect their sweet memories linked with food and the kitchen.
Both of them did their part pretty well. From playing a sanskari bahu to a hot chef, Divyanka came a long way. The duo first fell in love when they were students but something happened between them and two drifted away.
As we know, Divyanka had said that she was not very comfortable shooting for the intimate scenes from the series.
When asked, she said, “It was an absolute delight (working with Rajiv) because he is a very good and supportive co-actor. Our give and take was very nice and he is very spontaneous. Thankfully, we did not stick just to the script because even I am not like that and I love to make changes and it did wonders for us. Yes, there was a lot of romance and it wasn’t very difficult to do it with him as he is a very professional actor which made it easy for us to work.”
Well, we couldn’t agree more. But they looked good together on screen and we want more of them …right? Also, we heard that season 2 of Cold Lassi Aur Chicken Masala is in the works. How good is this news!
