Mehul Nisar who was last seen in Life OK’s Bahu Humari Rajni_Kant is excited and happy to watch ALTBalaji’s newest offering, Class of 2017 which streams from today!!
The actor is all the more excited as this web-series has been inspired from the yester-year popular and cult show, Hip Hip Hurray in which Mehul played a prominent role.
Says Mehul, “The streaming of Class of 2017 only makes me all the more nostalgic towards Hip Hip Hurray. I have been remembering the good old days of the show. It’s been nearly 20 years and for every one of us who were part of it, it still plays in our memories even today. I recently saw the young brigade who is part of Class of 2017 at the Indianwikimedia launch party and they are awesome. All were very energetic, positive and vibrant. I wish Vikas Gupta and his entire cast brigade of Class of 2017 all the very best. I wish and hope that this show turns out to be a biggie as it did for all of us in our careers.”
Mehul continues, “The days of Hip Hip Hurray will never come back for us. It was so much fun. All the actors were comfortable in our own happy zones. I remember the way in which all of us (14 of us) used to try our best to squeeze into one frame. Shows like Hip Hip Hurray happen once in a life time. And I am glad to say that all the actors from the show are still in touch via a group.”
Mehul who has donned a new look recently is presently in talking terms for a new show. “I have gone bald, for a new project that is in the pipeline.”
Before ending, Mehul again reiterates the fact that he wishes all success to the gang of Class of 2017.
