With the recently premiered show, Mose Chhal Kiye Jaaye, Sony TV continued its track record of coming up with odd yet connecting themes. The drama is about Vidhi Pandya’s character, who has goals and wants to accomplish a lot in her life while simultaneously entering into the realm of matrimony, as we all know. And although that would have been OK if she hadn’t been working with Vijayendra Kumeria’s role, who, while being a successful Television producer, is quite regressive in his outlook on life.

It’s a fascinating notion, and it’s even more amazing that big actors are willing to embrace it. In an exclusive conversation with India Forums, when questioned Kumeria about what sets this event apart from others and what message he would convey to today’s married couples who are striving for success.

He started by saying, “I will not compare it with any other show but yes, it’s different in its own way as it’s not just a love story or a mainstream family drama but it is a story of different ideologies. The playout is quite different which I assure you have never seen before. Rest you will have to see the show to figure it out on your own.”

In real life, however, he has different beliefs than his on-screen character, he says, “All I will say is ‘Equality and respect is the key to a successful marriage’. Marriage is a two-way thing, a give and take relationship where one has to always understand his or her significant other and give that support and respect to each other.”
