After toiling for two days to reach the final of Cricket World Cup, India faced hard luck in the semifinals.
Chasing 240, India lost Rohit Sharma, Virat Kohli, and KL Rahul early for just 1 run each. The Indian cricket team came back in the match with Ravindra Jadeja and MS Dhoni. However, it was not enough to reach the target set of 240 runs by New Zealand team.

With this win, New Zealand has made it to their successive finals of cricket’s biggest tournament. They will now take on the winner of the second semi-final on July 14 in the final at Lord’s.
