15th August is a big day for all the avid fans and viewers of Sony Entertainment Television’s Indian Idol 12 which will be a 12-hour marathon starting 12 noon. Set to culminate the season with the Greatest Finale Ever episode, the nation will finally get its winner.
With multiple acts, performances and more, the show will present to the viewers a plethora of entertainment acts and musical extravaganza that is sure to be one-of-a-kind.
Talking about one of the acts, ex-Idol contestant Sawai Bhat and judge Sonu Kakkar give a magical performance on the song, ‘Tere Bin Nai Lagda Dil Mera dholna.’ Setting a dreamy tone on stage, both Sawai and Sonu Kakkar engulf everyone with their mesmerizing voice. Their performance was applauded by one and all.
During one of the episodes, Judge Sonu Kakkar had proclaimed to Sawai that she would once day like to sing a song with him. Talking about his experience, Sawai Bhat says, “Singing with Sonu ma’am was more like a dream to me. This will be a moment I will cherish forever. Also, being back on the stage of Idol brought back a lot of memories. I really enjoyed uniting with the contestants as well who are more like family now.”
Talking about who does he think will be the winner of this season, Sawai adds, “For me, all the Top 6 contestants are winners. It is their hard work and dedication that has got that to the stage that they are and I only wish them all the very best.”
