Sanaya Irani is one of the most talented stars of Indian television having entertained fans for years together in some of the most popular shows like Miley Jab Hum Tum and Iss Pyaar Ko Kya Naam Doon.

During lockdown, she has been motivated enough to keep herself fit and fine.

She shared a wow fitness video and one can’t stop but admire her for the same.

She wrote: Back bends you were my Everest. After my rib injury in jhalak every time I expanded my chest or rib cage I felt like I just could not breathe. I always felt like I would never be able to achieve something as simple as the #chakrasana also because I suffer from vertigo, every time I go upside down I have no clue what is happening to me. When I started this I remember I could not even hold my hands on the wall behind me for 5 seconds. But yoga is about focus, if u focus enough and keep trying your body will just magically open up. I have many more Everest’s to climb but I’m glad this one is behind me ??. I cannot end this post without a special mention to my sweetest friend and my first yoga teacher @sakshi0801. Thank you for introducing me to yoga and always pushing me so hard. Thank you for refusing to put your hand behind my back in case I fall, because u knew I could do it and this was the first time I did it alone ??. Also a big thank you to my current teacher who is so wonderful and patient with me @dinesh.pawaar
