Jethalal, the resoundingly popular character from Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah yet again made it to a global level recently, when the character was linked to the cult South film, RRR. This cute and unexpected crossover left Jethalal’s fans brimming with joy. A report on opindia.com talked about it and we take reference from that story for our write up here.
American screenwriter C Robert Cargill simply loved the cinema RRR. He went on to post on Twitter
Friends came over last night to initiate me into the cult of RRR (RISE ROAR REVOLT) and I’m here to report I am now fully, truly, deeply a member. This is the craziest, most sincere, weirdest blockbuster I’ve ever seen. I’m pretty sure Jess and I are watching it again this week. pic.twitter.com/WFpOAKq8VG

He said that his friends had come over and he saw the film RRR and was now ‘initiated’ into the cult that RRR has been. RRR has been a super blockbuster film released earlier this year.
To that, Timo Tjahjanto the Indonesian filmmaker reacted with a Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashma gif of Jethalal dancing happily.

This linking made for an interesting watch, and even Jetha’s fans had a great time engaging in this crossover talk.
