Karan Singh Grover won hearts in his dashing onscreen persona of Mr Bajaj in Kasautii Zindagii Kay the Star Plus show produced by Balaji Telefilms.
His aura in the character created magic. His black and white hair, his mannerisms in the role and his powerful stature and screen presence ignited every scene that he was in!! Above all, his scenes with Erica Fernandes were loved by his huge base of fans.
Karan had announced moving out of the show earlier last year when Aamna Shariff as Komolika was to make an entry!! However, the show saw a huge rise in ratings with Karan’s presence. And this had prompted the makers to bring him back again!!
And he came back, when the small leap in story was taken just before the COVID-19 pandemic hit the Nation. Bajaj was the one to rescue Prerna and give her a new life.
Well, his track was to be eventful but Karan did not want to get back to the show post the COVID break. He did not want to shoot apparently amidst the scare of COVID.
He was seen quoting to DNA that he did not want to get back too soon to shoot amid the new norms. If things were normal, he would have surely gotten back. And since the makers wanted him to start shoot immediately, he could not!!
Well, we still miss him on the show. Having said that, Karan Patel is doing a swell job in the role!!
