Namish Taneja who is playing the role of Sameer in Main Maayke Chali Jaungi Tum Dekhte Rahiyo, has been winning hearts with his brilliant performance in the show.
In the ongoing track, Namish is doing all it takes to woo his wife back and get her back from her Maayke where she had gone after her over-protective mother’s interference.

His co-actors confirm that they have never seen him without a smile and his endearing personality has made him everyone’s favorite on the sets as he keeps the atmosphere on the sets very lively. Everyone is so impressed that they have given him a new nickname and fondly call him ‘The Smile Boy’.
Namish said, “People are given nick names for various reasons and it’s quite overwhelming to get a nick-name on the basis of my smile. My co-actors and the crew on the sets have started calling me ‘The Smile Boy’ of the show. I have always had a smile on my face and it is part of my personality now. At first, I found it a little weird but then I got used to it and also realized that people who love you, give you a nickname. I’m happy being called ‘The Smile Boy’ as it has given me another reason to smile more now. And keeping in mind the current lifestyle of people which has slowly become so stressful and tensed, it is always nice to have a happy face around.”
