After 10 years, the makers of the show have brought back the love story of Prerna and Anurag with new actors Erica Fernandes and Parth Samthaan. And guess what?

Prerna Sharma played by Shweta Tiwari and Erica Fernandes:
The Prerna before was a very household woman but a strong and independent girl and didn’t fight for her love but, the reprise version is much better and doesn’t think twice to seek revenge. She is also a very strong and fearless lady.
Mr. Bajaj played by Ronit Roy and Karan Singh Grover:
The show makers made Ronit play Mr. Bajaj and he didn’t disappoint them at all. His role was highly appreciated and is remembered even today and now Karan Singh Grover took the seat of Ronit and also created a buzz with his entry…let’s see what more we can see of him.
Komolika played by Urvashi Dholakia and Hina Khan and later Aamna Shariff:
Every love story has a villain and so does Kasautii Zindagi Kay 2. Komolika played by Urvashi then created a lot of buzz with her negative character and now Hina took it to another level. While the makers gave a break to Komolika in the reprised version, it is now Aamna Shariff playing the role with utmost ease.
