TV’s adorable couple Rubina Dilaik and Abhinav Shukla will soon be man and wife. The actors, who will be tying the knot at Woodville Palace in Shimla on Thursday, 21st June, seem to be having a lot of fun at their pre-wedding functions. A lavish Mehendi function was held on the 19th of June, which was followed by a ring ceremony and sangeet the next day.
Rubina looked spectacular in an olive green lehenga with heavy embroidery on the choli, while Abhinav looked handsome in a blue kurta pajama which he teamed with a white waistcoat. Rubina changed into a stunning salwar kameez for the engagement.
Many people from the TV industry have made their way to the hills to be with the couple on their special day. Hussein Kuwajerwala and his wife Tina, Sharad Kelkar and his wife Keerti Gaekwad Kelkar, Srishty Rode, Rahuol Lohani, Karan V Grover, Poppy Jabbal have been spotted dancing and having a gala time at the pre-wedding festivities. In fact, many actors have also posted pictures on Instagram of the couple as well as the beautiful décor at the venue.
Rubina is seen in the show ‘Shakti — Astitva Ke Ehsaas Ki’ while Abhinav is part of ‘Silsila Badalte Rishton Ka’. They met through mutual friends and dated for a while. It was earlier this year that they announced the news of their upcoming nuptials on social media.
