Sanket Choukse the talented actor who has featured in TV shows Buddha, Sapne Suhane Ladakpan Ke, Waaris etc will be an integral part of the cast of the new Star Bharat show Durga produced by Rashmi Sharma Productions.
The show will have Avinash Mishra and Chahat Pandey in lead roles.
He will play the role of Sunny Sahani who will be the ‘stud’ of the town.
Says Sanket, “I cannot disclose much about my character. All I can say is that I am playing a selfish, manipulative man. He is rugged, flamboyant, fun-loving and money-minded.”
For Sanket, it is an added bonus as he is enjoying speaking the dialect of Punjabi. “I am from MP. So speaking Punjabi on screen is fun.”
“The script of Durga is really good. It is helping me in a big way to adapt to the Punjabi language.”
Sanket who excels in negative characters will not be playing an out and out negative role here, but he will be a person who will only talk of money.
