Yesterday, 21 September 2022, the sad news of ace comedian Raju Srivastava’s demise made the headlines.
The star was admitted in AIIMS, Delhi on August 10 after suffering from a cardiac arrest while working out at a gym, passed away at the age of 58. As we remember and mourn the artist’s sad demise, here’s an interview of when he spoke about Kapil Sharma.
Both Raju Srivastava and Kapil Sharma are fabulous comedians, who shared a good bond and even featured performed alongside each other on various shows including The Great Indian Laughter Challenge and various characters on Comedy Nights with Kapil. Here’s what Raju Srivastava said:
While talking in an interview, Raju Srivastava speaking about Kapil Sharma stated that ‘The Kapil Sharma Show’ host was unable to handle the pressure of success.
The late comedian made this statement after he was approached by Kapil to feature on his show, following his dispute with Sunil Grover and cast members not showing up on sets cause of it.
While commenting Raju Srivastava said, “Kapil success ke pressure ko jhel nai pa raha. Comedy Nights with Kapil, I just feel he can’t deal with the pressure that comes along. No matter which show it is, be it a function or a shaadi, people always want Kapil to come and perform.”
