Bhagya Lakshmi, the Zee TV show produced by Ekta Kapoor under Balaji Telefilms, the audience has seen engaging drama revolving around Rishi (Rohit Suchanti) and Lakshmi (Aishwarya Khare). Rohan plays on the stairs railing, sliding on it, and he falls down the stairs, leading to severe injuries. As Rohan is unconscious, Malishka accuses Lakshmi of harming Rohan.
