Zee TV show Bhagya Lakshmi produced by Balaji Telefilms has seen quite a lot of drama happening in the last few weeks. According to the storyline, Neelam tells Lakshmi to return with her for Rishi’s sake, and Lakshmi recalls the reality of her and Rishi’s relationship. To compel Lakshmi, Karishma and Neelam offer money to her.
Later, Lakshmi declines Neelam’s offer, much to her shock. When Lakshmi tries to return the bag of money to Neelam, Rano tries to stop her, but Lakshmi does not comply with her. Neelam tries to guilt Lakshmi into returning to Rishi’s life, but a hurt Lakshmi refuses as she feels insulted.
Now, in the coming episode, Lakshmi manages to sneak into Rishi’s room at the hospital. She cries sitting beside Rishi and says that she loves him a lot. She confesses her love and touches his hand and he moves a little. Lakshmi gets happy to know that Rishi is responding.
