Choti Sarrdaarni the popular Colors show produced by Cockrow and Shaika Entertainment has been seeing some happy times post the return of Meher (Nimrit Kaur) into the lives of Sarabjit (Avinesh Rekhi) and Param (Kevina Tak).
However, the recent track of Meher spotting blood in Param’s urine has been an alarming signal.
Now, Sarabjit and Meher will break down after knowing of Param having a tumour in his liver. The doctor will reveal that he is in a critical state and the only probable solution will be a liver transplant.

As per a reliable source, “This will be a very heart-breaking and emotional moment for both Sarabjit and Meher. For Sarabjit, Param has always been his life and source of happiness. And Meher has been sharing a really lovely and inseparable bond with Param from the time she has entered his life.”
