And it will be Antara (Dalljiet Kaur) who will kill her.
As we know, Antara has opened up to Alisha that she picked her up from a dustbin and that she is not born to her.
In a dramatic sequence, Antara will give Alisha an injection that will induce a heart attack. Alisha will die after getting the attack.
